Free workshops

Book yourself in to any of our 19 weekly workshops. These are small group class’s, no more than 4, highly motivational, hard working but fun and enjoyable with an Instructor. These include Legs, Bums and Tums, ideal for toning, Core and Abs to improve stability, posture and mid body strength, Stretching and Flexibility, to improve mobility and reduce tension, and Circuit training for a real heart/lung bursting, CV workout.  Challenge yourself against the rest, “to be the best you can.”

We have been delighted with the uptake of our new workshops and all the positive comments we have received. Now we have trialled these, the following workshop will run from February 22nd 2010 every week and need to be booked on a first come first served basis. There will be a maximum of 4 people per workshop. These can be booked up to 8 days in advance using the form to the right.

Yoga with Jeni - Mon @ 13.30, Thurs @ 10.00

Yoga offers us a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit, which can provide us with the tools to cope with the challenges of daily life. Yoga can also complement medical science and therapy for specific conditions.

You may be drawn to yoga simply for health and fitness, or be seeking relief for a specific physical condition. You might want help with managing stress, or would like pregnancy yoga classes or exercises suitable for the less able-bodied.

Pilates with Jackie - Tues @ 18.30, Weds @ 13.30 and 18.00

Pilates is a complete exercise method developed by its founder Joseph Pilates over the course of a lifetime dedicated to improving physical and mental health.

Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

By core strength, we are talking about your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles. Through pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles.

Aqua Aerobics with Liz - Weds @ 19.00

Aqua aerobics is not only a great way to get fit but it is also one of the safest. It keeps the heart and lungs healthy whilst toning the body and reducing fat, It takes place in shallow water as part of an organised group session that lasts 45 minutes. Workouts comprise of routines familiar to those who have experienced land aerobics, and could include jumping jacks, cross-country skiing motion and walking and running backwards and forwards.

Our classes are just £3 per hour!

Beauty Therapy with Moya

Treat yourself, be pampered and indulge with facials, manicures, pedicures, tanning spa treatments, waxing, hair and Aromatherapy. Moya has over 20 years experience and is our resident beautician so do your workout first and then let Moya look after you.

Gel nail’s by Emma

Bio Sculpture Gel is a one component nail treatment that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails. Applied onto a prepared nail the product cures under a UVA light, leaving the nail strong but flexible with a natural glossy finish.
