Free workshopsBook yourself in to any of our 13 weekly workshops. These are small group class's, no more than 6, highly motivational, hard working but fun and enjoyable with an Instructor. These include Legs, Bums and Tums, ideal for toning, Core and Abs to improve stability, posture and mid body strength, Stretching and Flexibility, to improve mobility and reduce tension, and Circuit training for a real heart/lung bursting, CV workout. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. By core strength, we are talking about your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles. Through pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles. Our classes are just £3 per hour! BeautyGel nail's by EmmaBio Sculpture Gel is a one component nail treatment that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails.
