Joining a gym can be a daunting experience, but the minute you enter our club, you will enjoy the warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere. We offer an intimate reception area before entering the spacious, airy and bright layout of the fitness facilities.

Gym

The gym is divided into several zones, each dedicated to specific fitness objectives. Chilled water and sanitized paper tissue is provided. Four large TV screens provide music and entertainment.

Changing Rooms

Changing rooms the changing areas are spacious and air-conditioned. Complimentary lockers are provided for each visit. Sauna and Steam rooms for both and ladies have the added benefit of individual changing cubicles. Complimentary shower gel, body lotion, cotton wool/buds, tissues & laundry bags are provided.

Pool

The indoor pool is maintained at 29C and measures 13m by 8m with a maximum depth of 1.5m. Without children it is possible to maintain chlorine at lower levels than other pools.

Sauna

Each changing room has its own sauna to provide the therapeutic benefits of dry heat.

Jacuzzi

Relax in the warm bubbling waters of the spa adjacent to the pool.

Steam room

Great as part of a detox regime or simply as an alternative to the more challenging atmosphere of the sauna

Coffee lounge

Open at all times, the coffee lounge offers the ideal place to enjoy complimentary fresh brewed coffee or tea while reading the newspapers or chatting with other members.

Parking

Free parking is provided in front of the Club.
