Personal Training

Our Gym team are all highly qualified and will personally help you achieve your personal goals and targets. Your free assessment will enable us to provide you with bespoke workouts, with re-assessments every 5-6 weeks to always keep you on track.

We offer one to one training or a “ Two’s company” package which allows you to train with a friend from as little as £14 per hour. "a good instructor will motivate and encourage you, and a good programme will be both fun and challenging”.

Dan Porter

5 Years experience, qualified gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutritional advisor and Massage Therapist. Specialises in resistance based training, and weight management.

Noah Jack Friend

Fully qualified gym instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer with 7 years industry experience. Worked at the Old Rectory since May 07 and specialises in free and machine based weight/resistance training, and core/ stability functionality

Phil Hurd

Qualified since 2001, as a gym instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer. Phil has sound overall knowledge with the ability to get the best out of his clients. A good motivator, will work you hard
